Waterschap Scheldestromen heeft een omgevingsvergunning verleend voor een water gerelateerde activiteit. Het waterschap geeft hiermee toestemming voor het onttrekken van oppervlaktewater voor het beregenen van diverse percelen nabij Borssele, Goes, Kortgene, Middelburg en Wissenkerke. De vergunning is geregistreerd onder zaaknummer VTH4643.
Waarom publiceert het waterschap dit bericht?
Een omgevingsvergunning wordt bij het waterschap aangevraagd om toestemming te krijgen om iets te bouwen, aan te leggen, te verbouwen, slopen of kappen in en rondom het water, de dijk of een weg van het waterschap. Met dit bericht laat het waterschap u weten dat er misschien iets verandert in uw omgeving.

Wanneer de activiteiten niet kunnen worden teruggedraaid, dan kunt u Rechtbank Zeeland-West-Brabant vragen de start van de activiteiten tegen te houden voordat het waterschap een besluit heeft genomen over uw bezwaar. Dit heet het indienen van een verzoek om een voorlopige voorziening. Dit kan schriftelijk of online via https://mijn.rechtspraak.nl/start/burger#:Beroep-bij-de-rechtbank van de rechtbank.
